Her mission is to empower diverse talent to transform ideas into actionable solutions through secure, connected, and inclusive digital environments. Under her leadership, Xrathus has been recognized as a Top Collaboration Solutions Provider (2023) and she has received the Intercon Top 50 Tech Leaders Award. She has organized industry-recognized geoscience hackathons and led an online learning series with AAPG, showcasing her commitment to advancing digital education and innovation.
Previously, Rekha served as Senior Manager of Strategy & Business Management at Halliburton Landmark, where she developed the iEnergy Strategy, built strategic partnerships with academia and industry, and launched the EVOLVE Program for multi-disciplinary, cloud-based learning. Her work secured multi-million-dollar contracts and delivered hackathons blending domain expertise with emerging technologies.
Rekha holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology and Chemistry from Savitribai Phule Pune University and has been active as a women’s leader in scientific communities.
